A marine rubber fender acts as a “dock bumper” to absorb the kinetic energy of a boat/vessel during berthing against a jetty or a quay wall. A superior fender product can protect both the vessel and the berthing structure berthed against, preventing any damage and save on repair costs. Our port and ship fenders are manufactured with quality raw materials and made sure to comply with various international industry standards.
Cylindrical Fenders
Cylindrical Fenders are a simple and versatile marine fender system and can be easily installed. Their progressive reaction makes them ideal for berths serving large and small vessels. The wide range of available sizes can be closely matched to each application.
Arch Fenders
Arch fenders exhibit highly durable characteristics & require little maintenance. Arch Fenders / Super Arch Rubber Fenders are also highly versatile. It possesses a simplistic straightforward design and that causes it to require little maintenance even under the most challenging berthing conditions.
Being one of the most popular marine fender systems in the world, arch fenders can be used with limited space or during situations with highly restricted conditions. Different dimensions (width, length, height) are chosen based on specific project application that best suits the berth structure.
Super Cell Fender
Like cone fenders, super cell’s large circular base provides great stability and possesses one of the highest energy absorption to weight ratio. Low tilt compression performance change and good resistance against shear force makes it a first choice for many wharfs. Besides, different sizes & performance can be custom manufactured according to customer requirement.
Cone Fender
Technological evolution from the cell fender brings us to the production of cone fenders that not only exhibits low reaction force upon contact, but also carries great energy absorption capacity. In addition, cone-shaped rubber fender can take high berthing angles and still be efficient.
Its conical design provides a large circular base that keeps the fender body stable at all times no matter the shear, axial or angular force. A Super Cone Fender system can be used for berthing for most ship types like RoRo, Tanker, Cruise berths etc. & structures including but not limited to container & bulk terminals, general cargo facilities.
D Fenders
It is an attractive option due to its long term durability and low cost. This type of rubber fender is suitable for relatively smaller wharves and quays where it acts as a great protective medium for small/medium-sized vessel berthing. Common applications include for tug boats, fishing vessels, barges, marine work assets, small boats etc. Different lengths can actually be cut according to customer’s request that best suits the project. Installation of D-type rubber fender is also simple and straightforward due to its flat base.
Wing Fender
We call these fenders the DO-type fender because of its O-shaped inner chamber and also due to the fact that it is actually an improved version of the original D-fender. A popular option as a bumper that protects marine assets during all sorts of forces upon contact, especially against the quay wall. Commonly installed on the vessel itself or also on piers/quays. Though relatively uncommon, wing fenders are also available as a whole solid piece without the inner hollow part.
Wing-type fenders possess good energy absorption capabilities while showcasing an impressive durability. They are also very resistant to longitudinal and transverse shear force. Installation process is straightforward and simple. Ends can be bevelled easily and custom sizes for DO-type wing fenders can be made according to customer’s requirements.
Square Fender
This type of fender can serve a wide range of applications. Its usage is a little similar to how D-shaped fenders are being used but its square shape gives it an edge when it comes to tougher service conditions. It is a more durable structure and is strong enough to handle harsh environment & rough use.
The inner hollow part can be either in D-shaped or O-shaped. Whole solid piece without the inner chamber is also available upon customer’s request. Usually mounted by bolts together with strips on tugs and barges. Square fender is a very cost effective solution in the long term due to its durability and strength.
